Elizabeth "Bettie" Taft

Elizabeth "Bettie" C. Taft, 87, of Westover, died Thursday, April 21, 2016. She was born November 29, 1929 in Barrackville, Marion County, a daughter of the late James Enoch and Edith Wade Enoch. Bettie was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved watching basketball and was grateful she got to go see , with her grandson Jonathan, the Cleveland Cavaliers play last February. She also had an infectious sense of humor. She is survived by a son, Roger Taft, three daughters, Geralyn Taylor, Amy Taft, and Lorie and son in law Terry West , nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. in addition to her parents, she was preceded inn death by her husband, Gerald Taft, a son, Scott Taft, and a brother, James Enoch. Friends may call Dering-Henson Funeral Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 12pm until the 2 pm service hour in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Cedargrove Cemetery, Mt. Morris, PA .
