Frances T. Mastroeni

Frances T. Mastroeni, 91 of Morgantown, formerly of Newark, NJ passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 surrounded by her family, at her home. She was born January 12, 1929 in Newark, NJ., a daughter of the late Nunzio Mastroeni and Jenny Polito Mastroeni. Frances was employed for 30 years by the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company. She retired in 1977, and moved to Morgantown, WV. She is survived by her brother, Fiore Mastrone, of Morgantown, WV, as well as 3 nieces, and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Julia Dandeo, and brothers; Anthony Mastroeni, and Sam Mastroeni, as well as her nephew Leo A. Dandeo. Frances and all of her family members would like to sincerely thank Mon General Hospital doctors and nurses as well as WVU Hospital and Hospice for their care and concern. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 in the East Oak Grove Cemetery with Fr. Walt Jagela officiating. Caring services are provided by Dering-Henson Funeral Home.
