Harold Lee. Fontalbert Jr., 64, of Morgantown, WV died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at his home. He was born April 1, 1952 in Charleston, WV a son of Harold L. Fontalbert Sr. and Wanda Adkins Fontalbert. In addition to his parents, Harold is survived by his wife of thirty five years , Candy, his childrenRob Vanderbilt Maria, Casey Vanderbilt, Kerri Vanderbilt Sarah, and Cole Bozic Corey, a brother, Greg Fontalbert Debbie, eight grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Harold was a hard working man who spent forty plus years underground as a coal miner to support his family. He was an avid reader, coin collector, and Mountaineer fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his wife Candy. Since his retirement, they they did everything together from grocery shopping to trips to the beach. He also loved doing enormous puzzles and loved cooking for crowds of people. Harold was always there to help his family, friends, and neighbors with whatever they needed. Friends may call Dering - Henson Funeral Home, 156 Foundry St. Morgantown, WV Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 3-5 and again Monday, February 6, 2017 from 10 am until the 11 am service in the funeral home chapel.
