Larry Allen Haines

Larry Allen Haines, 69, of Morgantown, passed away Monday July 1, 2019 at Mon Health Medical Center. He was born September 3, 1949 in Morgantown, a son of the late Edgar A. Haines and Virginia Davis Haines. He was a self employed contractor who worked in Morgantown and in Naples , FL for many years. Larry was a lover of life and enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his two dogs, Asher and Sophie. Larry graduated from University High School in 1967. He is survived by his fiancee, Michele Herring, of Morgantown, a son, Bryan Haines, of Naples, FL, a daughter, Rachel Haines, of Charlotte, NC, a brother, John Haines, two sisters; Sherri Haines Blue and Suzann Haines Bane, a daughter in law, Jane Haines, of Morgantown, grandchildren; Tyler, Kelsey, and Zach Haines, of Charlotte, NC, Myles Heiskell, Connor Heiskell, and Emilia Heiskell, of Charlotte, NC, Elizabeth, Reagan, and Cooper Haines, of Morgantown, and step children, Daniel Smith, Carly Herring and Casey Herring. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a son LJ Haines, a daughter in law, Amy Barill Haines, and a brother, Kenny Haines. Visitation will be Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the Kingdom Evangelical Methodist Church, Westover, WV from 10:00 am until the 12:00 pm service hour with Pastor Kevin Cain officiating.
