Lila Reed Mason

Lila Reed Mason, 75, of Youngstown, OH and formerly of Morgantown, died May 20, 2015 at Hospice House of Portland, OH. She was born in Morgantown May 16, 1940, a daughter of the late James Reed and Birdie Reed. She was a retired cook with the Holiday Inn Corporation, Star City, WV. She is survived by her children, Carl Terry Mason, Raymond Keith Mason, Ronald Dale Mason, Denise Jean Mortimer, and Cheryl Lynn Mason, her sisters, Dorothy Reed, Edith Morris, Bertha Sewell, Bobbi Powell, Shirley Ford, and Mary Ratliff, thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Reed. Friends may call Dering-Henson Funeral Home Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service hour in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Cemetery.
